  1. Send out reminders

    To book all holiday appointments for the family if they still need to book. Your software should be able to give you a list of who does not have appointments during these two months.

  2. Meet with your supply representatives

    And make sure you have enough retail to make gift packages to promote as family gifts to your existing clientele. We often get pushed packages of products that distributors promote for the holidays, but ensure these are product lines you usually carry. If you already have these items, if they do not sell, you can break them up and put them out as part of your regular inventory with no loss.

  3. Stocking Stuffers-last minute grabs

    Now, this is where you can have fun and go outside your traditional retail orders. Make it fun. Put in easy-grab impulse register areas. I.e: Travel sizes shampoo & conditioners are excellent as people not only use them for stockings but to travel with some of them during the holidays.

  4. Gift Cards are a must for growing Salon/Spa and wellness businesses

    Make sure you have a promotion to give your clients’ families and loved ones the same experience. Provide them with an incentive. A Free Travel item with each Gift card purchase of $50 or More.
